Lakeshore Animal Hospital offers after-hours and emergency assistance by partnering with VetTriage.
When you have a pet health concern after normal business hours, VetTriage veterinarians are on standby 24 hours a day to assist. After completing the 3 step process below, you will be connected to the VetTriage veterinarians on a live video chat session. They will triage your pet and give you at-home care guidance, or if they determine hospital care is necessary, coordinate your visit to the nearest emergency services.
Steps to Connect
Go to www.vettriage.com/lakeshoreny using your mobile device or computer with camera.
Follow the instructions on the VetTriage page and at Step 2 enter payment info. Then at Step 3 request your session with a vet.
The vet will join in minutes and triage your pet.
